Frequently asked questions
Why are some scores delayed or different from another source?
Live cricket data is sourced from our cricket data partner. Different providers may update at slightly different times during fast-moving overs. If you see a persistent discrepancy on a specific match, please let us know which match and we will look into it.
Why is a match I expected to see missing?
We carry the matches and tournaments that our data partner covers. Some local or domestic competitions may not be available. If a specific match should be there but is not, email us and we will check coverage.
Does LitzScore require an account?
No. The app is free to use and does not require sign-in. Your favorite matches are stored locally on your device.
Does LitzScore show advertisements or track me?
No. There are no advertisements and no tracking or analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
Because we do not collect any personal information, there is nothing on our servers to delete. The only data stored on your device is the list of matches you have favorited; uninstalling the app removes that data.
